2. Our Services

Auto Glass 2020 provides mobile automotive glass services, including windshield replacement, chip and crack repair, ADAS (advanced driver-assistance system) calibration, window tinting, and rear and side window service. We come to your location within our service area (Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Tucson, and surrounding areas), subject to availability, vehicle access, and weather conditions suitable for a safe installation.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (such as your vehicle year, make, model, and the glass involved). The final price is confirmed after our technician inspects the vehicle and glass; additional parts, moldings, sensors, or calibration may affect the total. No work is performed without your authorization, and by approving the work you agree to the confirmed price.

4. Insurance and Arizona Glass Coverage

Under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-263), if you carry comprehensive auto insurance, your policy may cover windshield replacement or repair, and you have the right to choose your own glass shop. Whether your work is covered at little or no out-of-pocket cost depends on your specific policy and deductible, which are determined by your insurer — not by us.

With your authorization, we can verify your benefits and bill your insurer directly. You are responsible for any deductible or amount not covered by your policy. We do not guarantee coverage or any particular claim outcome.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Covered installations carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in installation workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty does not cover new damage (such as rock chips or cracks from road debris), damage from accidents or abuse, pre-existing conditions, or issues unrelated to our installation. Full warranty terms are provided with your service.

6. Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive non-marketing, service-related text messages from Auto Glass 2020 about your quote, appointment, and service.

Program description: quote and pricing details, appointment scheduling, reminders, and service follow-ups.
Consent: opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: varies based on your request and appointment.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy: your mobile information and SMS consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

7. Intellectual Property
